Last night I experienced my first Egyptian thunder storm. One thunder clap literally shook my bed and also took out the electricity and our internet connection. Fortunately, by the time the first morning session started up, the lights were back on and the sun was breaking up the clouds.

It was the first full staff meeting since fD reorganized its staff to include four part-time director positions covering executive duties, programs, communications, and operations.
