Lino Hellings has just arrived in São Paulo to work on P.A.P.A - Participating Artists Press Agency.
She will also participate as an observer at the IX Human Rights International Colloquium realized by Conectas NGO starting tomorrow, and Upgrade! São Paulo on the 18th November 2009.
